Key Responsibilities
- Lead admissions strategy and intake planning

Senior Business Development Lead / Head of Revenue

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Lead / Head of Revenue to lead revenue growth beyond tuition, through executive programmes, corporate partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
This role is central to the Academy’s long-term sustainability, working closely with the CEO to ensure that SBA’s programmes, convening power, and expertise translate into credible revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SBA’s non-tuition revenue and partnership strategy
- Lead executive education and customised programme development with academic teams
- Build long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and strategic partners
- Manage proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements
- Represent SBA in external engagements and revenue-generating forums
- Provide leadership with clear visibility on pipeline and opportunities

Executive Assistant to the CEO
Sharpe Business Academy is seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to the CEO to run the CEO’s office with precision, discretion, and institutional excellence.
This is a senior, high-trust Executive Assistant role for a professional who combines impeccable executive secretarial skills with strong writing ability, sound judgement, and the intellectual discipline to support executive leadership in a fast-moving academic and policy-facing institution.
The Executive Assistant is the anchor of the CEO’s office — responsible for flawless diary and meeting management, first-class executive administration, and high-quality written and coordination support that enables the CEO to operate at peak effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Office & Diary Management (Core Role)
- Manage and optimise the CEO’s diary, inbox, meetings, and executive priorities with precision and foresight
- Act as gatekeeper to the CEO’s time, correspondence, and commitments
- Prepare agendas, briefing packs, minutes, action logs, and follow-up trackers
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and meeting arrangements seamlessly
- Maintain rigorous document control, filing systems, and version management
Executive Writing & Documentation
- Prepare and quality-control high-standard written outputs, including:
- Executive briefs
- Board and committee papers
- Strategic and programme reports
- Speeches, articles, and formal correspondence
- Edit and structure documents to executive and board standard
Coordination & Follow-Through
- Track executive and institutional priorities and ensure disciplined follow-through across teams
- Support executive and board meetings end-to-end
- Coordinate across leadership, faculty, partners, and external stakeholders
Confidentiality & Professional Judgement
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Exercise sound judgement on behalf of the CEO when appropriate
Education & Professional Preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, International Relations, Development Studies, Communications, Law, or a related discipline
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage, but not a requirement
- Formal Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or secretarial training is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience producing professional executive-level documents and correspondence
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, Executive Director, or equivalent senior leader
- Exceptional diary management, minute-taking, and executive office organisation skills
- Strong original writing, editing, and synthesis ability
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm, composed, and reliable under pressure
